This Agreement shall remain binding until its expiry date and from year to year thereafter, unless notification in writing to reopen this Agreement is served by either of the parties hereto, such notification to be served no earlier than one hundred and twenty calendar days and no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration date in any year. In the event such notice is given of intended changes, this agreement shall remain in force and effect while negotiations are being on for a new Agreement.
