Contract Type FiledMarch 18th, 2014AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT entered into and to be effective June 1, 2003, by and between the CITY OF PORT WASHINGTON, Wisconsin, hereinafter called the Employer or City, and LOCAL UNION 108, affiliated with the Wisconsin Council of County and Municipal Employees, and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL- CIO, hereinafter called the Union, for the purpose of maintaining harmonious labor relations, and to maintain a uniform minimum scale of wages, working conditions, and hours among the employees and to facilitate a peaceful adjustment of all grievances and disputes which may arise between the City and Union Local 108.
