Singapore concluded an Open Skies Agreement (OSA) with the Federated States of Micronesia on 28 April 2014. Signed in Singapore by Minister for Transport Mr Lui Tuck Yew and Secretary of the Department of Transportation, Communication and Infrastructure of the Federated States of Micronesia, the Honourable Mr Francis Itimai, this agreement will enable airlines from both countries to fly between Singapore and any points in the Federated States of Micronesia, via and beyond to any third country, without restrictions in capacity, frequency or aircraft type.
