THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 26th day of September, 2018 by and between the Town of Needham (hereinafter called "Town"), acting by and through its duly designated representatives, and the Needham Independent Town Workers’ Association (hereinafter called "Union"), under and pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 150E, as amended. Except as expressly set forth herein, all provisions of the collective bargaining agreement between the Town & the Union, which by its terms is in effect through June 30, 2018 remain in full force and effect.
