This agreement is executed between the Nevada Army National Guard (NV ARNG), hereafter referred to as the "employer'' or "Agency," by and through the Adjutant General (TAG) of Nevada, and the Laborers International Union of North America (LIUNA), hereafter referred to as the "Union," and collectively referred to as the "Parties." The agreement is made for all non- supervisory and non-managerial Army National Guard Technicians employed by the Nevada Army National Guard (NV ARNG), hereafter referred to as “Technicians” or “employees.”
