I accept that I intend to undertake any travel related activity with Trekker Nepal Pvt. Ltd. In order to do this I will need to involve myself in travel, risks of various types, different living conditions and foods, and different altitudes and weather conditions. In consideration of, and as payment for, the right to participate in such activities and the services and food arranged for me by Trekker Nepal Pvt. Ltd., I have hereby assume all the associated risks and will hold them harmless from any liability, actions, debts, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which I now have or which may arise out of or in connection with my trip arranged for me by Trekker Nepal Pvt. Ltd. The terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for my beneficiaries, executors and administrators and for all members of my family
