The District recognizes that the CSEA, Local 1000, AFSCME, AFL-CIO Association - as certified by the Public Employment Relations Board is the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent with respect to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment for all employees covered by this Agreement. The term AEmployee@ as used in this Agreement applies to all individuals occupying jobs included in the bargaining unit comprised of all regular Custodians, Custodial Workers, Custodial Worker/Bus Driver, Maintenance I, Maintenance II, Bus Driver/Warehouse Manager, Head Bus Driver, Sr. Inventory Control Assistant and School Driver/Messenger.
