This Agreement entered into by the Atlantic City Municipal Utilities Authority, hereinafter referred to as the "Authority", and Local #2646, affiliated with AFSCME, AFL-CIO, District Council 71, located in Williamstown, New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as the "Union", has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Authority and the Union; the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of difference; and the establishment of rates of pay hours of work and other conditions of employment.
