This agreement made and entered into this day of , 2006 by and between the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders (hereinafter referred to as the Employer) and Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the Union) is the complete and final agreement between the Employer and the Union on all collective bargaining issues, and as such shall serve to promote and maintain harmonious relations between the Employer and the Union in order that fair treatment of workers is assured and efficient and progressive public service is rendered.
