TERM OF AGREEMENT EFFECTIVE DATE, 2021 TOService Employees • June 29th, 2021
This collective bargaining agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Minnetonka Moccasin Company, Incorporated, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, wholesaler of footwear and hats, incorporated under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the first part; the Service Employees International Union Local 26 CLC, party of the second part. Hereinafter, the Minnetonka Moccasin Company, Incorporated, will be referred to as the "Employer" or "Company" and Local #26 will be referred to as the "Union."
