Fee Schedule: User agrees to pay $255.00 for the first four hours (or fraction thereof) and $455.00 for use of more than 4 hours. This includes a disinfection fee of $55.00. Fees will be considered additional rent to be billed under your lease. Building Management may cancel this reservation at any time, in which case all monies paid will be refunded.
