THIS AGREEMENT is entered this day of , 2014, by and between RANSOM EVERGLADES SCHOOL, INC., a Florida private school (“Ransom Everglades” or “School”), and the CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the State of Florida (“City”), (Ransom Everglades and the City together referred to as the “Parties”).
