We dedicate this contract to the nurses across the state of Oregon who have worked collectively to improve patient care and working conditions, so that we can continue the blessing of this vocation upon those individuals and families we are committed to support. Our efforts statewide will improve patient outcomes, elevate our communities, and improve the lives of those we endeavor to help. We have been in crisis for far too long; it is time to refocus and recommit ourselves to do our best, to be present with our patients, and to promote just healthcare for all through continued organizing, and collective action.
