This School Facilities Funding and Mitigation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made in Santa Clarita, California, as of , 200 , by and between the WILLIAM S. HART UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT, a school district organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of California (“Hart”) and (“Developer”).
