This School Facilities Funding and Mitigation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made in Santa Clarita, California, as of , 200 , by and between the WILLIAM S. HART UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT, a school district organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of California (“Hart”) and (“Developer”). Hart and Developer may hereinafter be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
