GENERAL: By agreeing to the following terms and conditions and submitting your exhibitor registration online, you are entering into a contract with the pro- ducer of the Maine Restaurant & Lodging Expo - the Maine Restaurant Association (henceforth referred to as Show Management). This contract shall bind the parties, their successors and assignees upon submission of the online registration, and it shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, to the exclusion of Maine’s choice-of-law principles.
