The aim of this Policy is to provide NIFRS Occupational Health, Safety, Welfare and Establishment Department (OHSW&EST) with a means of ensuring business continuity in terms of providing assurance of Service delivery for Wholetime personnel. This Policy will be used to fill Short-term Vacancies for Operational/Departmental/Regional Control Centre roles from Crew Commander/Crew Commander (Control) to Area Commander/Group Commander (Control).
