This promotions agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of [DATE] (“Effective Date”) between [SPONSOR], a [STATE OF CORPORATION] corporation dba [DBA NAME IF IT EXISTS] (“Sponsor”) and Columbia TriStar Marketing Group, Inc., a California corporation (“CTMG”) and shall confirm the terms under which CTMG and Sponsor are participating in an online [sweepstakes/contest] (“Promotion”) in connection with the motion picture entitled “[PICTURE NAME]” (“Picture”). The Promotion elements and the parties’ respective responsibilities are set forth in this Agreement and in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth. For mutual consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Sponsor and CTMG hereby agree as follows:
