The Promotion elements and the parties’ respective responsibilities are set forth in this Agreement and in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth. For mutual consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Sponsor and CTMG hereby agree as follows:
