(doing business under the names and at the locations listed on the Dealer Application attached hereto, if applicable) (hereinafter referred to as “Dealer”) desires to sell to Redwood Lending Services (hereinafter referred to as “Redwood Lending Services” and/or “RLS”), on the following terms, Collateral retail installment sales contracts (“Contract” or “Contracts”) acceptable to RLS arising from the sale of new or used automobile(s) with accompanying goods, services, and accessories, and all claims under insurance policies and warranties in connection therewith and all proceeds thereof, all hereinafter called “Collateral(s)”. This Agreement shall govern the purchase of all Contracts by RLS from Dealer, whether said Contracts were originated by Dealer or by a third party. This Agreement shall also retroactively govern all Contracts purchased by RLS or its assignor from Dealer under any prior agreement, and to the extent that any provision of this Agreement is contrary to any prior agree
