Amendment”), is made and entered into as of August 19, 2014, among the CITY OF WICHITA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Kansas (the “City”); WICHITA DESTINATION DEVELOPERS, INC., a Kansas corporation (the “Developer”); GOODSPORTS VILLAGE WICHITA, LLC, a Delaware Series limited liability company (the “Fieldhouse Developer”); and GOODSPORTS COMMUNITIES, INC., a Florida corporation (“GoodSports Communities”), with the “Developer,” the “Fieldhouse Developer,” “GoodSports Communities” and the “City” collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each a “Party”).
