WHEREAS the Company and the Union desire to cooperate in establishing and maintaining conditions which will promote and improve industrial and economic relations the Company and its employees covered by this Agreement, and to provide methods for a fait and peaceable adjustment of all disputes which may arise between them, so as to full employment, operation and general stabilization of employmentand industry.
