The Clark County School District proposes to contract with Behavioral Healthcare Options, Inc. for its Life Connection Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all benefit-eligible employees. The Life Connection (TLC) Program provides assistance for behavioral health issues or concerns. TLC includes EAP counseling, work life consultation, critical incident response, leadership consultation, onsite and online training and education, and online self-help resources. The program will provide early behavioral health intervention for benefit-eligible employees and family members.
