The objects of this Agreement are to: stabilize the Construction Industry: provide fair and reasonable working conditions andjob security for Employees in the Industry;promote harmoniousemployment relationship between Employers and Employees; provide mutually agreed methods of resolving disputes and grievances arising out of the terms and conditions of this Agree- ment; prevent strikes and lock-outs; enable the skills of both Employers and Employees to operate to the end that waste and avoidable and unnecessary expense and delays are prevented; promote good public rela- tions.
