This Agreement shall apply to all Employees of the Employer engaged in the Classifications listed in Schedule "A" and Schedule attached hereto. on all construction work and all work coming under the jurisdiction of the Labourers' Union of North America, in the Province of British Columbia and shall be binding on the Employer and the Union and their respective successors or assigns.
