The first MA Agreement is between Kansas Municipal Energy Agency (KMEA) as the Market Participant and Sunflower Electric Power Corporation as the Meter Agent. The second MA Agreement is between KMEA as the Market Participant and Kansas City Power & Light Company as the Meter Agent. Pursuant to authority delegated to the Director, Division of Electric Power Regulation – Central under 18 C.F.R. § 375.307, your submittals in the above referenced dockets are accepted for filing to become effective March 1, 2014, as requested.1
