This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the State of Oregon (hereinafter the "Employer"), acting through its Department of Administrative Services, Labor Relations Unit on behalf of the Department of Corrections (hereinafter the "Agency"), and the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFL-CIO) (hereinafter the "Union"), and is binding upon the Union and the Employer and all designated representatives of the Union and the Employer.
