This Agreement is entered into by and between the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) and the Chabot-Las Positas College District for the California Early Childhood Mentor Program (Contractor), for the purpose of providing services related to the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) and the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF).
