This Agreement is entered into by and between the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) and the Chabot-Las Positas College District for the California Early Childhood Mentor Program (Contractor), for the purpose of providing services related to the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) and the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF). CCDF funds provided must be spent on activities designed to improve the quality of child care services and increase parental options for, and access to, high-quality child care and shall be used to carry out activities related to the quality of care for infants and toddlers as defined in 45 CFR §
