Actor Action Executive Director (up to 10 days) Provide the professional employee with a written suspension notice setting forth:I. The reason(s) for the proposed suspension;2. The date(s) and duration of the proposed suspension;3. Ability to appeal suspension finding to Board of Directors within 5 days. If a suspension meeting is requested, promptly schedule meetingwith employee and representative to review reasons for suspension andallow employee to present his/her response. Contact the Board Attorney for advice and assistance. Post Suspension If a hearing is desired, request within five calendar days of receipt of the suspension notification, a hearing before the Board.
