This summary provides an overview of proposed Development Agreement No. 2020- 00004 which the City of Anaheim (“City”) is negotiating with Anaheim Real Estate Partners, LLC (“AREP” or “Developer”), an affiliate of Anaheim Arena Management, LLC (“AAM”) a subsidiary of H&S Ventures, LLC. The parties to the proposed Development Agreement No. 2020-00004 are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party”, and collectively as the “Parties”. Proposed Development Agreement No. 2020-00004 is in the process of current negotiation and must be approved by the City Council.
