Social Services, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer" and the Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO hereinafter referred to as the "Union", has as its purpose the effectuation and continuation of harmonious relations as between Employer and the Union, the establishment of an equitable procedure for the resolution of differences, and the establishment of rate of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment. Said Agreement represents the complete and final understanding insofar as all issues covered by this Agreement between the Employer and the Union.
