THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Coppell, Texas ("CITY"), acting by and through its duly authorized designee and Span, Inc., ("SPAN”), a Texas non-profit corporation operating in Denton County, Texas as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, acting by and through its duly authorized Executive Director. The CITY or SPAN may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
