THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Shady Shores, Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized Town Mayor (hereinafter referred to as "TOWN") and SPAN, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as "SPAN"), a Texas non-profit corporation operating in Denton County, Texas as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, acting by and through its duly authorized Executive Director.
