This Solid Waste Disposal Agreement ("Agreement") is made this day of July 2015 by and between Anaconda-Deer Lodge County, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Montana, hereinafter referred to as "Anaconda-Deer Lodge" and the City and County of Butte-Silver Bow, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Montana, hereinafter referred to as "Butte-Silver Bow".
