THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of October, 2005 by and between The National Guild of Canadian Media, Manufacturing, Professional and Service Workers of the Communications Workers of America (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Employer or TNG Canada/CWA”), through its representatives and International Federation of Staff and Office Employees Union No.1 (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Union”), by its officers or a committee duly authorized to act in its behalf, shall be effective beginning October 1, 2005 and ending September 30, 2007.
