This agreement entered into and between the School Committee of the City of Northampton, Massachusetts, hereinafter referred to as the Committee, and Northampton Association of School Employees, Educational Support Professionals - Unit C, hereinafter referred to as the Association, has as its purpose the promotion of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences arising between them concerning the terms of this Agreement, and to set forth other conditions of employment to be observed by the parties.
