This Memorandum of Agreement forms the full and complete resolve to all outstanding issues between the parties. The package proposal attached to this Memorandum of Agreement forms the tentative agreement between the parties and the Union hereby agrees to take this package proposal to the employees in the bargaining unit with a unanimous recommendation for ratification. This package when ratified will form the new FreshCo Collective Agreement between the parties, with all provisions contained therein effective as of the date of ratification unless otherwise specified therein.
