DISCUSSION: Brevard Public Schools was awarded the Carol M. White Physical Education Program (PEP) Grant on October 1, 2013. The original grant application included the purchase of student and adult pedometers, journals and planners from Commit2BFit! The attached agreement includes the additional purchase of pedometers, journals and planners. The purpose of this grant is to initiate, expand or enhance physical education programs, including after-school programs, for students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Grant recipients must implement programs that help student make progress toward meeting state standards. The funding for this agreement is provided by the Carol M. White PEP Grant. CONTRACT TERM: The initial contract term shall commence November 18, 2014 and continue until September 30, 2015.
