For fixed term rental agreements with a specified ending date that falls within the first year of tenancy, Eugene Code Section 8.425(17)(b) requires that landlords provide tenants with a written statement at least 90 days prior to the ending date of the lease. The written statement must inform tenants of the requirements related to tenants’ eligibility for relocation assistance. Landlords may use this form to inform tenants of those requirements and must include the attached description of tenants’ relocation assistance rights and obligations.
