This Letter of Agreement (LOA) between the Board of Trustees of Western Michigan University (Western) and the Western Michigan University Chapter of the American Association of University Professors (WMU-AAUP Chapter) describes the details of the extension of the September 5, 2017 - September 5, 2020, Collective Bargaining Agreement. The parties agree this LOA is "a successor collective bargaining agreement" for purposes of Act No. 54 of the Public Acts of 2011.
