This Agreement made and entered into this day of , 2005, by and between the TOWNSHIP OF PRINCETON, in the County of Mercer, a Municipal Corporation in the State of New Jersey (hereinafter referred to as the “Township”), and Local 1530, Council 73 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”), represents the complete and final understanding on all issues negotiated between the Township and the Union and is designed to maintain and promote a harmonious relationship between the Township and such of its employees who are covered by Section 1, Recognition, in order that more efficient and progressive public service may be rendered.
