This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) governs the use of the Xband Enterprises ConnectID (“ConnectID”) service under the terms of the Master Service Agreement (the “Agreement”), including the ConnectID- specific “Schedule For Xband Enterprises ConnectID” (the “Schedule”), between Xband Enterprises.Net, Inc. (“Xband Enterprises”) and You and is incorporated into the Agreement by reference. This SLA applies separately to each of Your Accounts. Xband Enterprises may update, amend, modify or supplement this SLA from time to time. The terms and conditions of this Schedule are applicable to the Xband Enterprises ConnectID service only, and “Service” or “Services” as used in this Schedule refers only to the Xband Enterprises ConnectID service.
