This Agreement is between the Bellingham Public Library, referred to as the "Employer," and Local No. 114L, Bellingham Public Library Professional Employees, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, referred to as the "Union." This Agreement between the parties has been reached as a result of collective bargaining and shall be in effect from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2022.
