THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2022, by and between the Village of Matteson, a municipal corporation and non-home rule unit of local government located in Cook County, Illinois (“Village”) and Providence Real Estate Development, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, or its contract purchaser assignee (hereinafter referred to as “Developer”). The Developer and Village are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
