This agreement, signed this day of , 2013, , for the contract period July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2016, by and between the City of Novi in Oakland County, Michigan, hereinafter referred to as the "City", and the Police Officers Labor Council, hereinafter referred to as the "Union". It is the desire of both parties to this Agreement to continue to work harmoniously and to promote and maintain high standards between the City and its Police Officers, hereinafter referred to as "officers", which will better serve the citizens of the City of Novi.
