THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this _ day of , 2023, by and between the County of Humboldt, organized under the laws of the State of California (“County”), Kramer Properties, Inc. a California limited liability company (“Landowner”), a California corporation, (collectively referred to as “Developer”), pursuant to the authority of Sections 65864 through 65869.4 of the Government Code of the State of California and Title II, Division 17, Chapter 1 of the Humboldt County Code. Developer and County are, from time to time, hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
