This Memorandum of Agreement, including Appendices A through G is entered into by the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) and Service Workers Local 521 Valley Transportation Authority Chapter, Service Employees International Union, (Union). This Memorandum of Agreement is the successor Agreement to the Memorandum of Agreement between VTA and the Union dated June 5, 2015 and extended through August 5, 2018. This former agreement was in full effect during the time the parties were in negotiations from July 16, 2018 through January 15, 2019.
