WHEREAS the parties hereto have agreed to enter into these presents for the purpose of effectively defining the duties, privileges, conditions, remuneration and other benefits respecting Local Employees of the Employer, including but without restricting the meaning hereof, all of the Employees of the Employer who are employed, from time to time, in the classifications set forth in schedule "A" attached hereto.
