This agreement is entered into this DATE OF CONTRACT, by and between REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA, a Minnesota constitutional corporation (hereinafter called “Owner”), CONTRACTOR NAME, a TYPE AND PLACE OF BUSINESS (“Project Contractor”), and the SAINT PAUL BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION TRADES COUNCIL (hereinafter called the “Council”), acting on its own behalf and on behalf of all the Building Trades Local Unions affiliated with the Council (hereinafter collectively called the “Union” or “Unions”), with respect to the construction of the PROJECT NAME, UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA________, (hereinafter called the “Project”).
