The Sponsor is a healthcare company dedicated to support patients with mental health issues and has synthesized GMP psilocybin, a controlled substance. The Sponsor intends to perform a European multi-centre, randomized clinical Study (as defined below) for the medicinal product in patients with treatment resistant depression. The Sponsor instructs the Institution to participate in the conduct of the Study. Institution agreed to participate in the Study. Institution considers itself able to perform the tasks recquired for performance of the Study.
