This Stock Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”), is made as of April 1, 2004, by and among RGII TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “Buyer”), AUTOMATED INFORMATION MANAGEMENT, INC., a Maryland closely held corporation (the “Company”), and CYNTHIA F.
